JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for Monitoring , Analysis and Resolution of faults occurring in Network elements that are managed by the Mobility Service Ops organisation.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
* 6 months experience with Netcool Fault Monitoring tool .
* 1Year experience with CTS ticketing system or other Remedy-based system.
* 1 Year experience with Unix (Linux , HP/UX , and or Solaris).
* Experience with mobile communications protocols (SMS , MMS , WAP) a plus.
