Support the BEN application in :
* ID Creation , deletion .

* Rate Card allocation .

* Project Creation , Deletion .

* Generating various MIS reports .

* Period beginning and Period end processes .

* Responsible for operational queries related to BEN time sheets .

* Manage day to day activities related to service delivery and targets to ensure smooth functioning of the process .

* Responsible for productivity and quality .

* To lialise with the stakeholders an a daily basis and take proactive steps to meet the goals of the day .

* PMO activities like MIS on a weekly and monthly basis to management .

* Responsible for process improvements and driving change .

* IT delivery Governance / GT&A Architecture Governance Support Activity .
