JOB DESCRIPTION : 

* HR Operations Specialists is responsible for maintaining HR records for Honeywell employees .

* Interact with downstream and support teams to resolve any issues and inquiries .

DESIRED PROFILE : 

* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) .

* Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules .

* Knowledge of Siebel CRM .

* Working knowledge of MS Office tools .

* Knowledge of Lean concepts and Six Sigma will be a plus .
