JOB DESCRIPTION :
Interacts with customers prior to and/or after sale . Develops and maintains positive customer relations , coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner . This position has authority to substantially affect the relationship between the company and a customer , either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint . Focus of work can be in pre-sale or post-sale or both .
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
* This posting is for Oracle University North America and would require the employee to work night shifts .
* Job duties include creating , tracking and managing all purchase orders for Oracle University training in North America . Also entails approving contractor and vendor expenses .
* Should have excellent English written / spoken communication skills .
* Should be willing to work in night shifts .
* Should be able to multi task and work under pressure , excellent organizational skills .
* Candidates with knowledge of Oracle R12 Order Management and other Oracle applications would be given preference .
