Responsible for debugging , installing , monitoring and troubleshooting production user applications and batch jobs . The main function of this position is to minimize interruptions to the application engineers on routine support issues . This person will function as 1st and 2nd support level on all vendor and in-house applications . Additional responsibilities include desktop support , system administration and application development .
QUALIFICATION :
B.E degree in computer science / MCA / BCA degree / B.SC in Computer Science / Min 50% in 10th and 12th : required.

I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me.
