*  Basic understanding of Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win2k , XP , Vista).

* Basic understanding of Windows Installer and Virtualization Technologies (Wise , Installshield).

* BEs , MCAs , MSC (IT / CS), MCM.

* 0 -2 years of desktop support experience or relevant degree.
