JOB DESCRIPTION :
* I, being a part of the Support Team (the second level to the helpdesk) resolve complex issues raised by the stores around distribution of goods from the depots to stores.
* I liaise with depots and the planning teams to facilitate distribution of goods.
* I access the depots and store applications to resolve any delivery issues raised by the stores.
* Am required at times to make calls to the stores / depots to gain any further information to resolve issues raised.
REQUIREMENTS :
* Candidate should be a B.com / other Graduate under any recognized university.
* Candidate should have a good communication skills.
